Always good here. Toilet gave us some problems but other than that good price and very comfy bed.
Management has to 3 a great job at really cleaning this place up. The room was clean, updated, and well put together. All the staff I have dealt with has been very pleasant and helpful. The price was reasonable and affordable. A nice little work out room open 24 hours. Seems like they have gotten tir of the bad elements. It's close to Meijer, lots of restaurants and fun things to do. I've been here many times and this is the nicest I have ever seen this place. Pet friendly but ppl please clean up after ur animals that is not the staff's job it's ur responsibility. Great job management keep up the good work. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
At this price point, you’re obviously not going to get the fanciest hotel. Sure, my water knob in the shower was stripped, the conditioner dispenser was empty and the carpets in the hallways seen better days. But I’ll tell you what, the bed was comfy, the towels were soft, the bagels in the morning were fresh, the lobby is sparkling clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and it was a relatively quiet night with a good nights sleep. The room offered a tea and coffee maker, microwave, and a pretty large mini fridge! There’s also a very nice desk, and chair in the corner of the room for your husband to watch you file your taxes.
I had a very nice comfortable stay at the Quality Inn of Alexis in Toledo, Ohio. So nice I extended my stay for a few days because I am on business. As a frequent traveler, I go to many hotels and honestly Quality Inn of Alexis has exceeded my expectations. Is the hotel perfect? Of course not, but look at the value. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, the Wifi is by far the fastest I ever had from a hotel! The breakfast? again look at the price you pay to stay here, so if you're expecting a 7 course meal, please be realistic. They have a quick breakfast mainly consisting of cereal, bagels, bread, fresh juices, and waffles. Overall the Quality Inn from what I have experienced is a great value and you sleep very comfortably here as well it has a nice location close to food places, gas stations and more. I would highly recommend the Quality Inn of Alexis in Toledo to anyone! This is a 10 star hotel in my book!
The Quality Inn hotel was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We stayed here for a night and were very impressed. The staff was kind, polite, accommodating, and ready to answer any questions we had. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. The hotel was quiet and safe. The location of the hotel was nice and within walking distance of many attractions. The price of the hotel was worth it for the cleanliness, safety, and service we experienced. If looking for a place to stay Toledo , I would recommend staying here.Thank You !!
I always choose this place when I'm staying away from home because of the quality and price. It's always clean and inviting. The modernly decorated lounge is a great place to hang out in comfy couches and chairs, to eat, watch tv or use the computer (that has a printer and fax !) All of the employees here are awesome BUT I want to give a special thanks Alicia the receptionist for helping me out by going beyond her job duties, being friendly, and so kind to make my stay more comfortable. Thank you Alicia I have never been unsatisfied, disappointed, or unhappy with ANYTHING at this hotel.
